V60 Side Table by Helena Trindade

" As a designer, I believe that great ideas come from the ordinary life, from the routine, from the elements that surround us. And as a Brazilian, what could be more part of my day than a filtered black coffee?"

The starting point to this project was a V60 coffee dripper, an item I see and use on a daily basis.

THE TABLE

The V60 side table is composed of 4 parts:

• THE COFFEE ITSELF: a plywood circular tabletop (Ø = 50cm) laminated with Imbuya wood

• THE FILTER: an aluminum cone-shaped mesh

• THE FILTER SUPPORT: a 304 brushed stainless steel cylindrical structure, surrounded by a disk, which also serves as a table top

• THE COFFEE JAR: a 304 brushed stainless steel cylindrical structure

This is an open edition piece, made to order. Production time: 5 to 7 weeks.
