Shipping Policy
Each piece at Domènech Concept is shipped either by our logistics partners or directly from the designers’ studios. Some pieces are made to order or require special handling. The estimated delivery window begins once the item has been picked up by the carrier.
Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as transit times depend on the carrier service.
We currently ship worldwide. Availability may vary depending on the designer’s location and local restrictions. If you’re unsure, please reach out before placing an order.
In order to ensure timely delivery, items in a single order may be shipped separately, depending on the origin of each product.
We ship globally using trusted carriers like DHL and FedEx. For international deliveries, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout whenever possible.
In some cases, local authorities or carriers may require additional information (such as a tax ID or national identification number) to clear customs. If so, you may be contacted by the carrier directly via email or SMS. This is a normal part of the international shipping process.
Our shipping services are suspended during national holidays in Spain, the EU, and the U.S. Orders placed during these periods will be processed the following business day.
All orders are processed automatically. We are unable to delay or expedite processing once an order is placed.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status in your Domènech Concept account.
Due to the nature of our pieces and the requirements of our shipping partners, we are unable to deliver to the following address types:
P.O. Boxes
General Delivery locations
Military addresses (APO/FPO)
U.S. Territories or remote regions with limited freight access
We kindly ask that all shipping addresses provided be valid physical addresses where a courier or freight carrier can safely deliver.
Many pieces offered on Domènech Concept, such as furniture, lighting, or large-format works require special handling, including:

White-glove service (in select regions)
Appointment scheduling
For these items, extended delivery windows may apply, and someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the item.
