Refund Policy
At Domènech Concept, we curate unique and often made-to-order pieces from independent designers and studios around the world. We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right for your space, and we aim to offer a smooth and respectful return process where possible.
You may request a return for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Returns outside of this window will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return

Submit a Return Request
Please email returns@domenechconcept.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (especially for damaged or defective items). Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

Receive Return Authorization (RA)
If your request is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization email, along with instructions on how to proceed. This RA number must be included with your return.

Repackage Your Item
The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all labels, parts, and documentation included. If items are returned damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to deny the refund or charge a restocking fee.

Ship the Item

For small to medium-sized items, you may ship via a standard courier of your choice, or request a return label (fees will apply unless the item was faulty).

For large, fragile, or heavy items (e.g. chairs, sofas, lighting), a freight return will be coordinated. Return freight costs will be deducted from your refund.

We will only accept returned items that meet all of the following criteria:

Original, unused condition with all tags/labels attached

Original packaging or equivalent protective materials

Return initiated within 14 days of delivery and shipped promptly after RA approval
If the item does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to the sender and no refund will be issued.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom or made-to-order items; items marked as Final Sale; vintage, one-of-a-kind, or limited edition items; items damaged due to improper handling or installation; items shipped internationally to countries outside our return coverage (see below).
We currently offer return support (including prepaid shipping labels or freight coordination) in the following regions:
European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, South Korea, Singapore.
For countries not listed above, the customer is responsible for all return shipping arrangements and costs. We will provide return instructions and an RA, but items must be shipped by the customer at their own expense.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees and any applicable return costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
You will receive a Refund Confirmation Email once your refund has been issued.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact contact@domenechconcept.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

Clear photos of the damage

A description of the issue
We will review and offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on availability and the nature of the issue.
Return requests must be pre-approved before any item is shipped back to us.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your item was damaged or incorrect.
For freight items, ensure someone is available to receive the package. Missed deliveries may result in additional fees.
